The first set is the hardest because of the trill into sliders starting on left thumb and 1/8 jacks on right thumb without any break. Pay attention to how you transition. Once you can hit the pattern once, the rest of the patterns are simply more of the same.

If you have a weaker left thumb like me, be extra careful with how you slide to ensure you're in sync with the chart or you could rack up a lot of ugly misses.
