For the first half, left thumb focuses solely on tapping and the right thumb hits the fast zig zag on its respective side.
The hard part of this pattern are the rhythms, pay attention to where the 1/16 notes are and the sliding action should come naturally with practice.
For the final slide, it is advisable to go slightly faster than the actual slide speed so that you can make it in time to catch the hold with the same thumb, as this seems to be a common failure point for some people as well.
